Revert "Switch to the unofficial-wine-xiv-git for wine builds"

This reverts commit 6e12745c49. There is
some issues with certain Dalamud plugins that need to be fixed before we
upgrade the Wine version for everyone. Of course, if you aren't affected
by this you can always change it back locally.
