This adds support for Steam service accounts, finally. Requires an updated steamwrap, and we're missing the infrastructure to launch it at the moment too.

Port to Physis' patchlist parsing, remove our own

Also start checking the available space before downloading patches to
avoid really bad situations. This will be expanded in the future.
