04dbfc9e8f Got two more useful pieces of data, renamed padding12 to unknown12 
It seems to contain materia IDs as uint16_t values, with 6 bytes of padding somewhere?

Corrected a typo, reordered market board packets and moved them up to their corresponding positions relative to their position in Ipcs.h
