bb5224bcd6 navmesh generation in pcb_reader
- requires RecastDemo built from https://github.com/takhlaq/recastnavigation/tree/garbage
- copy recastdemo.exe, sdl.dll, sdl2.dll into same directory as pcb_reader exe
